Body Count is entirely complete, so even if the updates occasionally come a little slowly, it will absolutely be finished (probably before the end of 2024).

I have timid plans to release a hard copy of the comic at some point, but please enjoy it for free in its entirity - I won't be taking it down even if that comes to pass. Any hard copy would just contain extra art and bonus content.
